Wow. What luxuuuuuuuurious hair that man has. Good catch. Did you walk up to him and ask him why?? :)
I'm not sure about hot rollers, but if his hair is naturally wavy, he might just be able to blow-dry it like that with a vintage 1983 flow-through plastic hairbrush.
Disturbing nonetheless.
Shame on 'Napoleon Dynamite' for letting guys like that think that his hair is cool and edgy like that.
