i know it's probably difficult to see the differences aside from color in the photos above. but a lot of damage has been repaired - crumbling lintels above and below each window, crazy cracks, and a sagging soffit. but the piéce de resistance is that copper roof and gutter.
shutters go back up today and then, finished! (wish i was there to see it in person.)
